Biography
Kent Wheat, a native Californian, active in the field of beer making for over fifteen years, and professionally for nine years.
His interest in both the art and science of brewing led him to complete the American Brewer’s Guild’s Craftbrewers Apprenticeship Program in Vermont
Should you see him in the brewery (he’s the one wearing the galoshes!), don’t hesitate to visit with him and ask about the brewing process, and of course, the beer!
