~ The Arneis grape is traditionally planted in the Northern Piedmonte region of Italy. During one of their many trips to visit the Currado family of The Vietti Winery, the Ponzi family was surprised by the innovation in the vineyard and cellar. They returned to their winery and immediately planted cuttings of Arneis in 1991.
This bottling is a brilliant gold color with aromas of tangerine, grapefruit and white peach. A hint of muddled mint frames the lively nose. The mouth is full with key lime, honeycomb and a bright pineapple finish.

An intense garnet red color, blended with Canaiolo Nero (10%-20%) and small amounts of other local varieties such as Mammolo.
