Large Party Agreement
PRIVATE ROOM MINIMUMS:
• Lincoln Room $700.00
• Masson Room $1600.00
• LeFranc Room $3600.00
• Downstairs $5000.00
• Patio $5000.00
MUSIC:
• All DJs and Bands must have contact with the Event Coordinator before the day of the event. (There are specific times as to when they can or cannot deliver their equipment.)
• We reserve the right to volume control if you have a band or a DJ.
• A dance floor and/or stage can be arranged through Los Gatos Brewing Company for $250.
DECORATIONS:
• The Event Coordinator must approve all decorations and applications. We do not allow glitter or confetti to be scattered anywhere, tape or tacks to be applied to the walls or wallpaper.
• There will be a clean up fee of $200 left to Los Gatos Brewing Company’s discretion if all of the decorations are not removed following the party.

BANQUET PACKAGE PLAN:
(tax and gratuity will be added to the final bill for all beverage packages)
Unlimited beverage service charge per person (based upon guaranteed confirmation attendance) Includes Call Brand Liqueurs, Domestic Beers, Imported Beers, Selected Banquet House Wines, Champagne, Sodas, and Mineral Water.
Beverage Package #1: $24 per person unlimited house beer, house wine and well spirits for four hours. $8 per person for each additional hour exceeding four.
Beverage Package #2: $42 per person unlimited beer, wine (to be selected prior to the event by Los Gatos Brewing Co.) and call and premium spirits for four hours. $12 per person for each additional hour
HOURLY OPTIONS:

DRINK TICKETS:

For events where you would like to limit the hosted consumption, drink tickets are available.
Drink Tickets Option # 1: $6.00 per ticket, one ticket is good for one well or house drink, two tickets for one premium or call drink.
Drink Tickets Option # 2: based upon consumption, each ticket will be good for 1 drink of your guests’ choice.
OTHER: Please refer to the alcohol list for the well,call and premium alcohol brands offered; this list is subject to change. In the event of a change the Los Gatos Brewing Co reserves the right to select another brand. Wine selections for beverage packages are to be selected by The Los Gatos Brewing Co prior to the event.
We reserve the right to assess a bar and bar set-up fee. It will be assessed according to the size of your event, range anywhere from $300-$500. In addition a $150 bartender service fee may apply. Please add 20% service charge and current sales tax to banquet package and bar prices.
A wine list is also available by request. All wines are subject to availability, especially from our limited selections.
GUARANTEE POLICY:
Fees are based on a four hour window for each additional hour $500 will be charged at The discretion of the los Gatos brewing co.
• The guaranteed number of guests and entrée counts must be received at least 72 hours before the event. Should the attendance of your party be fewer than the confirmed guest count, your party will be charged for total guests confirmed prior to the event. If no entrée count is received, an additional fee may apply.
• If the size of a party changes, we reserve the right to adjust dining room and menu accordingly.
• Payment is due before or on the day of the event. We accept cash, all major credit cards, and company checks.
• Any payment not received on the day of event will be charged to credit card used for deposit.
• A 20% service gratuity and 8.25% sales tax will be added to all bills.
REUNIONS WEDDINGS AND BUYOUTS:
• A guaranteed number of guests attending is due one week prior to the event along with the final balance of the bill.
• If for any reason there is a cancellation, 20% of the total bill will be forfeited.
• Set up may begin 1-2 hours prior to the event and must be scheduled with the Events Coordinator.
• Breakdown is 1 hour immediately following the contracted end time and all items brought must be removed. Los Gatos Brewing Company is not responsible for any items left behind.
• There is a $1,500 deposit for all reunions.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
• In order to secure your reservation, we will need a non-refundable credit card deposit of $500.00
• If your party does not come for your reserved time and date $500.00 will be charged from your credit card on file the day of your event.
• Parties booked on the patio are done so at your own risk and with the understanding that Los Gatos Brewing Company is not responsible for inclement weather.
• Cancellations for parties must be made one month in advance otherwise we reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee, price to be determined at our discretion.
MISCELLANEOUS:
• Upon request a carving station may be provided with a fee of $150 per station.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
• We are not responsible for the damage of any outside equipment that is brought in by the customer to be used on that specific event or equipment rented by The Los Gatos Brewing Co for the use of the party.
• There is a corkage fee of $25.00 per 750ml bottle of wines that are not purchased through Los Gatos Brewing Company.
• There is a fee of $400 per bottle for spirits not purchased through The Los Gatos Brewing Company.
• We do not validate parking for private parties, if you would like to validation we are happy to offer it for a fee of 30 cents per guest.
• The undersigned and all guests agree to the above mentioned conditions and prices.
• I agree that I take full responsibility for all expenses and give Los Gatos Brewing Company permission to use my Credit Card to pay for any incurred charges that are included in this contract or added on at the time of the event by the signed or their representatives. Los Gatos Brewing Company will advise of these charges before hand. This includes any damage, theft or vandalism, deliberate or accidental by the guests, hired entertainers, or outside contractors.
