How It Works
From first email to last pour
Tell us the shape of it
Date, headcount, and whether people will be sitting down or standing up. That is enough to start.
Pick a room
We will hold it while you decide. Come see it if you would rather not choose from a screen.
Build the menu
Family style, plated, or passed. The chef will work around allergies and anyone who does not eat meat.
Show up
The taps are set, the room is laid, and the timing is ours to worry about.
